Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

All domestic shipments are being dispatched with FREE FedEx Overnight Service. Every shipment is fully insured for security purposes.

We require 2-3 business days to process your payment and prepare order for shipping. After that, watch will be dispatched and tracking number provided to you.

Please keep in mind that during sales or public holidays, additional 1-2 business days may be added to your delivery time.

Signature confirmation is required for all shipments, so please make sure someone will be present to sign for the package at the scheduled date of the delivery.

It is possible to ship the order to the buyer's local FedEx Ship Center. Please keep in mind that we DO NOT ship to FedEx On-Site or FedEx Authorized Locations.

International Shipping:

All international shipments are being dispatched with FedEx International Priority Service. Every shipment is fully insured for the security purposes. Delivery times will vary depending on the country.

International customers are responsible for the shipping expenses as well as associated customs charges, including import taxes, VAT, or duties imposed by the local jurisdiction in the receiving country.

We do not offer guidance on the valuation of import and customs duties in your country, so please get in touch with your local authorities in order to determine exact rates.

There are instances where our insurance coverage may not extend to specific countries or certain value of the packages. In such situations, we regret to inform you that we cannot proceed with shipping the order to the client, and we will promptly communicate this information.

Please be aware that our insurance coverage could change, and shipping to some countries might become unavailable. Always confirm with us in advance whether your country is still included in the list.

Return Policy

Regulations:

We offer a standard 14-day return policy.

We only accept returns if the received item does not match its original description.

Returns are NOT accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, or buyer's remorse.

The watch must be returned in the exact condition in which you purchased it. It is essential that all packaging and protective materials (tapes, plastics, hang tags, accompanying accessories, etc.) remain in place. The returned item should also include all manuals originally included in our shipment to you.

If any alterations, such as resizing the bracelet (removing links) or removing stickers from the watch, were made or some of the accessories were not returned, we reserve the right to reject the return or impose a restocking fee of up to 15%.

If your return is confirmed, return shipping label and detailed instructions will be provided to you.

Please note that items sent back without a prior return request will NOT be accepted.

Upon receiving all watches, a comprehensive inspection will be conducted to determine eligibility for a refund. If it is observed that the item has been worn, item will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Once approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.

International Returns:

International buyers have the option to return their purchase as well, but they will be responsible for covering any return shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes.

All other aspects of the return policy outlined above still apply to international returns.
