Are watches listed on your website original and 100% Authentic?

We assure you that every watch is 100% authentic and genuine. We strictly refrain from selling any items that are replicas or contain components that do not meet Swiss standards. You are encouraged to authenticate your watch locally at any authorized retailer. To find a list of authorized retailers for a specific brand, please visit the manufacturer's website.

Are you an Authorized Dealer for any brands listed on the website?

Please be aware that Belor Time Legacy is NOT an authorized dealer of any brand.

Belor Time Legacy operates as an independent dealer and is not associated with any listed brands, and it is not an authorized reseller. All the brands mentioned are registered trademarks owned by their respective trademark owners.

What's included with the watches you are selling?

Each watch is accompanied by its original box, papers, booklets, and manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise specified. Please be aware that certain accessories, such as tags or bezel protectors, may not always be included. If you have inquiries about the presence of specific accessories for a particular watch, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Do you have store or location where it is possible to see the watch or pick it up?

We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical brick-and-mortar store. Shipping is mandatory for all watches; there is no option for in-person pickup.

Do you charge for shipping or it is free?

Complimentary fully insured FedEx Overnight Shipping is provided for all domestic US sales. However, it's important to note that fees will be applied for any international shipping, including shipments to Canada and US territories.

Do you ship Internationally?

Certainly, we offer international shipping through FedEx. Please refer to our Shipping Policy or the FedEx website to check whether your country is listed among the approved destinations.

Do you offer finance?

Yes, we provide finance through the Shop Pay Installments Program, which is powered and serviced by Affirm. Please note that each transaction via Shop Pay Installments incurs an additional 3% charge on top of the listed price.

What is your Return Policy?

We offer standard 14-day return policy on all purchases if the watch arrives not as described. Returns are not accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, buyer's remorse, or simply not liking the appearance of the watch. Kindly note that the watch must be returned in the same condition as at the time of purchase; otherwise, a restocking fee may be applicable or return can be rejected. Do you offer appraisal certificate?

As an additional service and upon your request, we can provide an Appraisal Certificate used for insurance purposes. The cost for the certificate is $100.
